PARKING
& ENTRANCE

There is Pay & Display parking around the area on College Street & The Ropewalk, the clinic entrance is via College Street. Please be aware there are regular patrols from Traffic Wardens in this area.

Please be aware that there are steps up to the entrance & this clinic is not accessible for disabled access. If you require disabled access please contact me & I can make arrangements to see you at another location.

WAITING ROOM
NOT AVAILABLE

Unfortunately a waiting room is not available at this location, there will be a 15 minute gap between customers, please ensure that you book appointments for all persons attending even if you are coming together.

To prevent you waiting around please try to arrive at your appointment time & wait in your car. You will be alerted by text when it’s time to come to the clinic.

TOILETS

Toilets are located on the 1st & 2nd Floor of the building, accessed via the stairs at the entrance, they are mixed gender toilets.

If you arrive early and you require the facilities I can allow you access, ring the doorbell and I will let you in, please be aware that there are no waiting facilities so please return to your car until your appointment.

Appointments outside of these hours can be arranged directly with the Practitioner however this cannot be guaranteed.

QUIET PLEASE &
OBSERVE THE BUILDING RULES

There are 9 Practitioners working. From the building & we have all signed strict regulations for our conduct within the building. This also applies to the conduct of our customers, please observe the following:

Keep you voice low when in the common areas.

Strictly no alcohol on the premises, groups are not allowed in the treatment rooms. No Smoking on the building premises, outside area or in the doorway.

CHILDREN &
SAFETY IN THE CLINIC

The Clinic is not the place for children, however sometimes it’s unavoidable & if you must bring your children please be aware, they must not wander around the clinic room as this is a safety issue, they must also not touch any of the equipment.

It is important that whilst in the clinic room you are able to relax & receive your treatment without the distraction of noise or having to get up to see to them. If you feel that this will be an issue I am happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.

Food is NOT permitted into the clinic room, but they can bring a drink with them.
